Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 5–14 business days
• Canada: 7–15 business days
• Other countries: 7–20 business days
These timeframes are estimates only. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, holidays, or high order volume.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value, shipping method and destination. Any promotions or free shipping offers will be applied automatically if your order qualifies.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we can resend it to a corrected address, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Illuminate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside of your home country, customs fees, import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
